Таким образом, круг сузился и из 6 РФ банков с картой Unionpay остались работать всего лишь четыре: АТБ, ГПБ, Россельхозбанк (раздает до конца года бесплатные карты, в августе взял себе как резервную на замену почившей Тинькофф) и Примсоцбанк.
Кроме банков, под санкции попала СПБ биржа - падение ее акций вчера достигало -22%. Торги иностранными бумагами приостановлены предварительно до 6 ноября.
